We might head out together, chasing the last bit of light at the beach, wandering the dunes, or cooling off in a hinterland creek somewhere. Or we just stay home, because honestly, home tells the truth. Toys on the floor, the couch everyone piles onto, walls that have already held years of noise and love.
Your kids get to just be who they are, curious and wild and full of energy, running ahead and pocketing treasures and completely ignoring whatever plan I had, then coming back to you when they need to refuel.
I move with whatever the day gives us, mostly just watching, stepping in when it helps, and letting the rest happen on its own.
What I'm making for you is a record of your life as it actually is, messy and tender and real, your little world exactly how you know it.

Motherhood Stories
These sessions are for solo mothers, couples expecting their first baby, or mothers with one child. If you’d like to include your partner and children, or more than one child, please book a Family Session.
This session is a chance to bottle up this little moment of chaos and love. There'll be laughing, running around, wind in your hair, kids doing their own thing. And also a moment where it all slows down. I want it to feel a little romantic, a little wild, but never too perfect. Just real and beautiful.
I want you to walk away with photos you absolutely love, but just as much, I want you to remember how you felt when we took them.
Like yourself, just with a pretty incredible little person (or three!) along for the ride.

The newborn stage is such a tender blur, exhaustion and emotion and the kind of love that just hits you in the chest all at once. The days feel impossibly long, and then somehow it's already gone. Those early weeks hold so much, even in the middle of all that quiet chaos.
My approach is simple. I just come in and photograph life as it actually is right now. No tidying up beforehand, no dressing up, no pretending your house is perfect. You don't need to prepare anything for me, you can just exist in it.
I work gently and follow your baby's lead. I'll offer a little guidance when it helps, then step back and let things unfold on their own. The tiny hand wrapped around your finger. The stillness of a feed. The way you instinctively hold them close without even thinking about it. All those in-between moments you'll probably miss one day without realizing it.
That's what I'm there for.
